The Position

We’re looking for a highly capable Digital Marketing Project Manager with team leadership experience to help run the day-to-day operations of a growing digital agency.

In this role, you’ll oversee project delivery, manage a distributed team of virtual assistants and specialists, and ensure work moves efficiently through the business. You’ll act as the operational driver tracking projects, following up on progress, and keeping the team focused on priorities.

The Details

• Job Location: Remote, work from home

• Company Location: Australia

• Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Work Hours (PH Time): 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (TBC)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Project & Workflow Management

• Oversee agency projects to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.

• Keep projects and team members aligned with priorities and ensure work progresses across all active client accounts.

• Identify bottlenecks, forecast capacity, and estimate deadlines to ensure projects are completed on time.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Manage and coordinate a remote team of virtual assistants, designers, copywriters, and specialists.

• Support team members in resolving challenges and improving productivity.

• Ensure accountability across the team so work continues moving forward.

Operations & Systems Improvement

• Improve internal systems and processes to support agency growth.

• Document processes and maintain clear SOPs for recurring tasks.

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to project management and communication processes.

• Work with the automation and tech team to streamline operational workflows.

Quality Assurance & Delivery Oversight

• Ensure projects meet internal quality standards before delivery.

• Support QA processes for websites, funnels, and campaign assets.

• Identify potential issues early and coordinate fixes with the team.

• Maintain consistency across client deliverables.

Software Skills

Ideally, you’ll have working knowledge of the following:

• Go High Level.

• Trello or similar project management platforms.

• WordPress (basic familiarity helpful).

• Digital marketing tools and platforms, particularly Meta Ads.

• Automation tools and digital workflows.

• Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace.

• 3-4+ years experience in digital marketing, project management, and team leadership, working directly for international businesses.

• Experience working inside a digital marketing agency or online business environment.

• Experience managing client accounts and multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong experience managing remote teams.
